It was very nice to give outlines for oil pastel drawings
Are there two different 8b pencils? I bought some pencils 8b before and the lead is grayish, and then i ordered more 8b and the lead is black.

There's the original Lumograph - Staedtler's premium graphite pencil, and the newer Lumograph Black - this has a high proportion of carbon to give very matt black lines allowing high levels of contrast - something the graphite only pencils can't do - they tend to give a more shiny grey appearance.
