Ebony Graf von Faber-Castell Classic Ballpoint Pen

I have ordered a pen as a wedding present for my other half. Since I normally don't write reviews, this is the first of its kind. However, I was so blown away by the customer service that I had to share it. I asked for the pen to be engraved and within 10 minutes of ordering I got a call from James asking for some clarifications. He made some recommendations specific to the pen in terms of where to engrave and font size. Following our phone discussion I received an email with all of the details an options including some recommendations. The pen was sent out the same day I confirmed the option I preferred and I received the pen the next day. The pen arrived beautifully wrapped and looks absolutely fantastic. (I can't review how it writes since I did not want to try it with it being a present, but it feels nice in the hand and has a comfortingly heavy feel to it). This is honestly the best customer service I have received in years and James was absolutely fantastic and helpful with any queries I had.
